We would like to thank to Opal Consulting Pty.ltd, Melbourne. We have contacted several consulting agencies and had applied for my children's visa in Nepal through one of the consulting agencies and received the outcome after 6 months; saying our visa was been refused. We were so upset and worried about our children because we have left our children back home for 2 years. As parents, it's very hard to live overseas without kids and we both husband and wife were always worried about our children. We know that our children also faced a tough time without their dad and mum.
Firstly, we visited opal consulting, Melbourne office and I spoke with Bijaya Budhathoki (Education Counseller) and she arranged a telephone meeting with Biwek Thapa (migration agent). Mr. Biwek Thapa asked me about my past history regarding the reason for refusing previous visa application. Respectively, we started communicating with each other and I found him to be determined about our case. We prepared for documents as per Opal Consulting's advice and applied for the visa.
Opal always updated me each and every development; forwarded me emails from the immigration and his emails to immigration. Mr. Biwek is very updated, informative and professional and friendly. Finally, we received good news that the kids' visa was granted. Now, we are very happy and thanks once again to Opal Consulting, Melbourne.
