Mr Biwek Thapa, Managing Director of Opal Consultancy, was awesome to work with. When I applied by myself, my brother tourist visa was rejected.I was so stressed since my parents visa had already been granted. And we could not enjoy here without my brother. We lost a hope. Then I came here to Mr Thapa and talk to him and explain our condition. In my first consultancy, he shows positive attitude that he will try his best to help us out. Then I started to think positive as well.
He is so responsible and dedicated to the cases he undertook. His emails were timely and his efficiency amazing, response to call and message was quick and following up with call and messages being optimistic that visa should be granted. He has a answer for all of our doubt and provided us with feedback/his experience on many things and that was very helpful in our visa grant. Atlast just within 3 weeks of apply, our brother visa was granted.
This is just small way of thanking Mr Biwek Thapa to make or whole family together for a month and make us happy.
