I would like to thank Mr. Biwek Thapa and his team for the high level of professional advice and personal support he provided to me and my wife during my visa processing. The first time I applied for dependent visa, it was denied due to various reasons. Everyone suggested me not to try again as it is impossible to get the visa given my situation for rejection. I had almost lost all the hope. However, when I talked to Mr. Biwek Thapa, he gave me hope and also gave his 100 per cent support to prepare all the documents.  He personally went through each piece of document, word by word.

Hi,

I would like to thank Mr Biwek thapa and all his team for their help and their support for getting my student visa.  I just loved the way they give me their such valuable time.I really appreciate it.Till date as of my own experience i think Biwek thapa and his team is the best for helping overseas students.Before comming here, some other consulting agent is helping me, but i didn't find it worthful.

I know my case is a bit different, but Biwek thapa is there with me so i don't have to worry about it. I put my application on 11 Sepetember 2012 and as requseted by my case officer I forwaded my second document on 9 october 2012. From then i was waiting for my visa. After more than 3 months and after lots of follow-up mails and phone calls I finally got my visa granted on 18 january 2013. I was so happy when i got the good news from Mr Wilson.

I can’t thank enough you guys enough for making it all happen for me. Early October, I remember calling opal consulting in panic and despair after discovering that I would have to wait and probably miss my chance to apply for subclass 885 Visa even after attaining all the 65 points as per the requirement.  Anyways phone conversation ended up  with a set day to meet and discuss the available options. On my 1st visit we all agreed i was in bit of a sticky situation as I was still awaiting my Temporary residence Visa which i needed to apply for PR i.e. subclass 885 Visa before the start of next year. 

This would save me from the new EOI rule to apply for PR, which I dreaded at the time and sounded a bit unfair to my liking, especially to me and yeah of course all of you out there hopeful of being a permanent residence here in Australia.  Since 6  months of my applying for subclass 485 Visa i had not uploaded most of the documents, neither saved my online application. So it was all over the place.  Oh yeah, also I still  did not have some documents ready which could take up to a month or more. This leaves me with two months to sort it all out. I remember thinking “ this is crazy and would be a miracle if it all happened within such a short time period ”.  COOL, It was still cool for these guys and asked me to bring all the documents and immediately apply for the one that’s remaining. Followed with second visit to submit my documents.  

After that we did not meet for about a month as I was anxiously waiting for my documents from overseas. Although occasionally I would dial the number frantically to make sure I won’t  miss the deadline.  Then my documents arrived  one day, finally and I rushed to the boys.  Within a week or two, TR granted. Then, we sat for three solid hours and applied for the most PRIZED one. Within 10 Days I was awarded PERMANENT RESIDENCE of AUSTRALIA.  It was a Call from Wilson, that made it official.  HMMM... these boys are something.

They care about each one of their clients, and cater to their various needs. Without their constant support, love of their clients and their competence I would not have received PR within such a tight deadline. Though It’s not  humanly Possible to express my gratitude in words, yet THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.

My case was very much complicated as I was already on a bridging visa and it is difficult to get a 457 visa if a person does not have a substantive visa.

First a fall I would like to thank to biwek thapa and all opal team!

I appreciated for special and experience working style of opal consulting, I felt that the consulting always very serious and careful about every documents and paper work, that’s way  I like opal consulting team that very helpful, friendly and co-operative.

Opal Nepal’s friendly staff had also helped my spouse to make all documents and all paper works.  I tried before about visa extension and college admission from other consultancy that was very far different than opal excellence working style.

Me and my wife are very far distance from each other and worried about visa, because dependent visa are being refused at the moment but opal made that fulfill of our distance and worry. I together with my Partner Sanjeev Prem Gurung would like to Thank Opal Consulting member Mr. Biwek Thapa and Ms. Bijaya Budhathoki for all the support and guidance provided to us through out our Visa Process and MRT period. As now when everything has gone right, but still when I look back to those  moment when my Visa got refused and I went to MRT my heart really sinks and would have been like that if I would not have met with Opal Consulting's member. When my Visa got refused I was shattered and disturbed a lot as I was just 1yr old in Melbourne and didn't know any Migration Agent who could really help me out with this case.

Slowly I got to know many Agencies but was not satisfied with them and their services, than  started feeling hopeless and  was a bit depressed with the situation. But one of my friends whom I addressed  as  Brother, suggested me to go Opal Consulting and meet Biwek Thapa and Bijaya Budhathoki and put my case to them.

As per his suggestion I went there for professional consultation and only on my first visit I was satisfied and knew that they are the only one whom I could really trust and want to go through with my case. From that day onwards Mr. Thapa and Ms Budhathoki suggested and helped me on each and every step came along with my case.

Because of their hard work I was lucky that my MRT case opened in just  a year later and a month later we knew we won the case. Than we again applied for our Visa, but due to my silly mistake we were nearly rejected but at the meantime Opal team suggested me and their belief made me go over my mistake and provide all the documents as per their request. As  all the  documents, mails and letters  were prepared on their professional guidance they were so informative and professional. On 23rd of March 2012  I got to know that  my Visa was been granted. After meeting my partner in Nepal 18 months ago we began the task of  trying to organise him to come to Australia.  We both were lost in the complexities of immigration and when  I called Opal Consulting in Melbourne it was like a breath of fresh air.  We had a chat, I was given all the options  and when we were ready they were there to help.  I mainly chose Opal because my partner comes from Nepal and Opal has an office in Nepal.  Once all the paperwork was under way Biwek Thapa was there for us every step of the way with his knowlege and experience  he made everything seem so much easier and his brother Prabhat helped my partner with many hours of support and guidance along this overwhelming journey were were undertaking.
 
The paperwork was lodged on 23rd  Sepember  2011 and we were prepared for a long wait.  Biwek advised it would be 7-12 months wait and on the 8th February 2012 we were advised the application had been granted for him to come to Australia.  This was 4 months 2 weeks  from lodgement to  the granting of the visa.  We were both stunned at how quick the process took to go through .  I can only say that Biwek has been a tremendous help to us both with his professionalism and unrelenting drive to see everything done properly and finished for a sucessful outcome.

Choosing the right consultancy is the most difficult because I have gone through it. I consult with many migration officer and consultancy, in which Opal Consulting impressed me a lot.

I am a student and I have applied for my husband visa, which was rejected that makes me frustrated. After graduating from University in August 2011, I started contemplating the option to stay and build a career in Australia. In order to explore all personal as well as professional opportunities, I had to apply for residency and this is where my dilemma began. I had no idea of the visas I could apply for and the process involved in obtaining them. After visiting a few migration agents in Melbourne, I was left feeling confused and unassisted as none of them were competent or helpful.

Mr Biwek Thapa, Managing Director of Opal Consultancy, was awesome to work with. When I applied by myself, my brother tourist visa was rejected.I was so stressed since my parents visa had already been granted. And we could not enjoy here without my brother. We lost a hope. Then I came here to Mr Thapa and talk to him and explain our condition. In my first consultancy, he  shows positive attitude that he will try his best to help us out. Then I started to think positive as well.

He is so responsible and dedicated to the cases he undertook. His emails were timely and his efficiency amazing, response to call and message was quick and following up with call and messages being optimistic that visa should be granted. He has a answer for all of our doubt and provided us with feedback/his experience on many things and that was very helpful in our visa grant. Atlast just within 3 weeks of apply, our brother visa was granted.

I along with my partner (Prayash Shakya) would like to thank Mr. Biwek Thapa for his guidance and support with our residency process. If it was not for him then we would not have got our residency in such a short period of time. Mr. Biwek Thapa is the key person who continuously guided us and gave us the best suited advice which helped us to achieve our goal.

This was not only the first time that Mr. Thapa had helped me. During the year 2010 when my application for visa extension was rejected I was shattered and hopeless. I did not know what to do and whom to consult.  I had heard about Mr. Thapa from one of my friends and at that moment I felt that he was the only one who can help me. He took my case and handled all the obstacles that were preventing me from getting my visa extended. He gave me new hopes and faith and to my relief I got my visa. I came to Australia with student visa and after I studying 1 and half Year I was issued with Sec-20 Notice of cancellation of visa due to some circumstances. I was new to Australia, worried and did not know any place to go for help.

Firstly when I got the deportation email from the immigration I was extremely shocked and sad.

I came to realise that damn agent had completely messed up my application and then I had like...no idea what to do; in the mean time one of my friends advised me to see Biwek Thapa and I made an appointment to see him.

He basically showed me the right  way to tackle the situation by filing the case at MRT(Migration Review Tribunal).

I was so confident of winning the case though it wasn't in Mr Biwek Thapa's hand; because the way he represented my case was so strong and professional.  Finally, I met my expectation with a positive result.

We would like to thank Mr. Biwek Thapa of Opal Consulting, Sydney for his advice and cooperation in getting our Australian Permanent Residency. 

During the period of getting our residency since 2009, he has been providing us with regular immigration updates, professional advice and duty of care. As part of our process of finding the best migration agents around Sydney, we had visited many agents but finally one of my friend suggested opal Consulting.  In our first meeting we were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Getting the Permanent Residency is a very stressful and time consuming process. One has to wait for months and in between that period there will be feelings about whether there will be any problems in the application or why is it taking so many months for our application to be approved while others got theirs in few months. We would like to thank to Opal Consulting Pty.ltd, Melbourne. We have contacted several consulting agencies and had applied for my children's visa in Nepal through one of the consulting agencies and received the outcome after 6 months; saying our visa was been refused. We were so upset and worried about our children because we have left our children back home for 2 years. As parents, it's very hard to live overseas without kids and we both husband and wife were always worried about our children.  We know that our children also faced a tough time without their dad and mum.

On behalf of the team at NMIT’s International Office I would like to thank Opal Consulting for their support and assistance in supporting students at NMIT.

Opal’s recent Workshop for NMIT students thinking about their next visa in Australia was a great success. The student feedback was very positive. Biwek was a very confident and authoritative speaker. I would like to take a moment to thank Mr Biwek Thapa for the extra effort he gave to solve the almost impossible case of mine. He took the challenge which other agents did not dare to take it and even gave up all the hopes. I went to a horrible situation where visa my visa was about to get cancelled in 28 days. My friend recommended him and after getting only frustration from other agents, I went to him straight away. It took around a month and I got relief from this horrible stage.

I am proud to say I got the right person at the right time with the professional service. When I first met Biwek Thapa in his office, Opal Consulting, I was very touched by his talent and confidence and that’s the same day when I realized I was in the right place and with the right migration agent. So, I applied my Temporary Residence through him in July 09 and got approval in 2 working days.

He was constantly in touch with me to explore my options of applying Permanent Residency. In addition, he is very approachable. Whenever I had any confusion, I used to write him and get his response in no time. Such personal touch and quick response from a migration agent is very rare. This quality stands him above other migration agents and I truly appreciate him for it.

I applied my PR visa application on March and I am very surprised when I got it in 5 weeks. 5 weeks, I reckon is very short period considering present chaos situation.

I went to Biwek Thapa (Opal Consulting) after my house mate got his residency in 9 days and suggested me to meet him. Actually I applied my PR in July 2009, but my application was not been processed and later I had some changed circumstances due to which my case got complicated. So to get out of the situation I needed a good migration agent, that’s when I met and consulted Biwek.

It was amazing how he showed me various options for my difficult situation. I applied for permanent residency in the middle of July 2009. Although I was eligible for priority processing, the department did not open my file for three and a months. Being frustrated I went to Biwek Thapa after hearing about him from a friend. Biwek patiently looked at all my documents and was of the opinion that I was eligible for priority processing. My file was assigned a case officer within two days after Biwek took me as a client; which I consider was amazing and unbelievable. While the following took a little longer than usual, it may have been due to the complicated nature of my application.

Based on my personal experience, I would say that Biwek has a thorough understanding of the latest developments in immigration rules and has the ability to make the priority processing happen in reality. His client service was excellent and I would recommend others to take his service. I wish the best of luck to Opal Consulting and Biwek.

When I was about to apply for my permanent residency, I found out that my visa was in a very fragile state that could have possibly ended up in something real terrible. I was taken by absolute fear and surprise and had no idea what to do next. But Mr. Biwek Thapa took such a fragile case and promised me that he would take me out of the situation. With due respect, I must say he is a very committed and hard working person who stays true to his words. With help from Mr. Biwek Thapa and his team, here I am now out of the situation and I have got my permanent residency. And to add more, I was able to get my permanent residency in 7 days, which was a miracle for me.

Now, I compare my situation 4 months back and cannot thank Opal Consulting enough for what they have done for me. It would be very generous of me if I say where I am today it’s all because of Opal Consulting Pty Ltd. Applying for a Permanent Resident Visa via Opal Consulting Pty. Ltd. was one of the wisest things we had done so far. With final documents lodged on Jan 8, 2010 we had expected to receive our PR within a month or two. However, when we were granted our PR on the 13th of Jan, 2010 i.e. in total of 3 working days after lodging the final documents, we were totally surprised and overwhelmed.

We are extremely grateful to Mr. Biwek Thapa, who helped us unfalteringly during the entire process and was very professional, reliable and most importantly got the job done in an unexpectedly delightful manner. I would like to thank Mr. Biwek Thapa for not only working very hard for me but also for giving my life back. He pulled me out from such a critical situation of my visa cancellation. He did whatever had left to save my VISA. He didn’t leave a single thing which was in my favour to protect me. I would like to admire his performance and an excellent one that I have never experienced before from other agents.

I was told that it would take about 4 weeks for the decision to be made about my appeal for not to cancel my visa by Immigration but I as shocked with happiness when I got my visa back on the next day. It was very surprising and shocking for decision to be made so quickly.

I was very happy. Then, I felt my life was back. Today, I feel how I am here from such a horrible situation. I was in. It’s all the hard work, effort and commitment of Biwek Thapa of Opal Consulting. Thank you very much for all the support and proper guidance through which my application for The PR was successful within such a short period of time. Really, you did it what you promised. To all of our surprise my case officer was allocated the very next day you lodged the application. I was recommended by one of my friend saying that "if you need your PR within couple of weeks, there is someone who can make it
happen".

But at first I didn't believe that anyone can make this happen so quick because I had frequently tried to reach people in the immigration department asking them if there is a way out to process my application quicker but every time I got the reply saying "Everyone wants PR and Everyone wants it Quick". I needed my PR within a month to save my job so I was quite frustrated by the reply I got from the Immigration
Department.

But I met a person who said that he would give assurance that he would get my PR under priority processing as a ‘Decision Ready Application’ and he did it within 15 working days. And I don't think you can get any migration agent in Sydney saying that he can get your PR within such a stipulated time. I got my PR within 15 working days which was quite impressive. I received very good customer service from him; he
would even call me after hours sometimes to discuss the progress of my application which I really appreciated.

He always had time to listen to me and above all his expertise and smart thinking saved me from a big trouble. Through his effort we got US Embassy to send me a better which was not possible otherwise.

And anyhow this letter had to be submitted to my case officer for the further progress of my application. And if it was not for this letter from the US Embassy I would have got my PR even quicker. Biwek Thapa you are a life saver.

If I had to rate the value for money for the service that I got from Opal Consulting I would rate it as 10 out of 10. I have recommended him to quite a few people already. Believe me, he is the man who walks his talk.

Well my experience with Opal Consulting was definitely good I would say. The MD, Mr. Biwek Thapa, was helpful and good and professionally speaking, was clear, thorough and a man of his words I suppose.

I went to him for help when all the other agents and the immigration itself had told me that there is nothing anyone can do but wait and it's outcome would all depend on my luck.

My experience with Opal Consulting has been the most amazing experience I have ever had since I was here in Sydney.

For me, Opal consulting does what it says. Biwek Thapa had assured me that I would get PR within two weeks as I was in a hurry and had to go back home as soon as possible, but to my astonishment I got the PR in 6 days. Wow an overwhelming result!!

I see Opal Consulting having a great future ahead through its dedicated, timely, professional service it provides. Way to go Opal Consulting!!!!

I saw Biwek Thapa when I came with my brother to his office.  I was studying Commercial cookery at that time.

I knew I had to do all the applications and stuffs but, my college friends suggested me to go the other consultancy somewhere around in the City.

I did my TRA skills assessment and lodged all my Graduate Skilled Visa 485 application both through that agent.  Things weren't bad until my city's consultant told me about my TRA skills assessment application refusal.  I was very upset and felt really down.  So,  I went to Opal Consulting to see Biwek Thapa and consulted about my application rejection and to make the matter worse my student visa was about to expire.

He was right on the business and asked me to get all the documents and he was on his way.  So, I finally decided to go on student visa and he really helped me to get it.  Now I'm studying at Central College and I'm still in Australia which is all because of Mr. Thapa.  So, to those who are reading my Testimonial I will like to say that you have come to the right place.

From the moment I finished my Masters in IT from Central Queensland University last year, I started looking for assistance for my next step in getting Temporary and Permanent Residence in Australia.
