After meeting my partner in Nepal 18 months ago we began the task of  trying to organise him to come to Australia.  We both were lost in the complexities of immigration and when  I called Opal Consulting in Melbourne it was like a breath of fresh air.  We had a chat, I was given all the options  and when we were ready they were there to help.  I mainly chose Opal because my partner comes from Nepal and Opal has an office in Nepal.  Once all the paperwork was under way Biwek Thapa was there for us every step of the way with his knowlege and experience  he made everything seem so much easier and his brother Prabhat helped my partner with many hours of support and guidance along this overwhelming journey were were undertaking.

After graduating from University in August 2011, I started contemplating the option to stay and build a career in Australia. In order to explore all personal as well as professional opportunities, I had to apply for residency and this is where my dilemma began. We have contacted several consulting agencies and had applied for my children's visa in Nepal through one of the consulting agencies and received the outcome after 6 months; saying our visa was been refused. We were so upset and worried about our children because we have left our children back home for 2 years. I applied for permanent residency in the middle of July 2009. Although I was eligible for priority processing, the department did not open my file for three and a months. Being frustrated I went to Biwek Thapa after hearing about him from a friend. Biwek patiently looked at all my documents and was of the opinion that I was eligible for priority processing. When I was about to apply for my permanent residency, I found out that my visa was in a very fragile state that could have possibly ended up in something real terrible. Applying for a Permanent Resident Visa via Opal Consulting Pty. Ltd. was one of the wisest things we had done so far. With final documents lodged on Jan 8, 2010 we had expected to receive our PR within a month or two. However, when we were granted our PR on the 13th of Jan, 2010 i.e. in total of 3 working days after lodging the final documents, we were totally surprised and overwhelmed.

I would like to thank Mr. Biwek Thapa for not only working very hard for me but also for giving my life back. He pulled me out from such a critical situation of my visa cancellation. He did whatever had left to save my VISA. He didn’t leave a single thing which was in my favour to protect me. Thank you very much for all the support and proper guidance through which my application for The PR was successful within such a short period of time. Really, you did it what you promised. To all of our surprise my case officer was allocated the very next day you lodged the application. I was recommended by one of my friend saying that "if you need your PR within couple of weeks, there is someone who can make it
happen".

But at first I didn't believe that anyone can make this happen so quick because I had frequently tried to reach people in the immigration department asking them if there is a way out to process my application quicker but every time I got the reply saying "Everyone wants PR and Everyone wants it Quick". I needed my PR within a month to save my job so I was quite frustrated by the reply I got from the Immigration
Department.

But I met a person who said that he would give assurance that he would get my PR under priority processing as a ‘Decision Ready Application’ and he did it within 15 working days. And I don't think you can get any migration agent in Sydney saying that he can get your PR within such a stipulated time. I got my PR within 15 working days which was quite impressive. I received very good customer service from him; he
would even call me after hours sometimes to discuss the progress of my application which I really appreciated.

He always had time to listen to me and above all his expertise and smart thinking saved me from a big trouble. Through his effort we got US Embassy to send me a better which was not possible otherwise.

And anyhow this letter had to be submitted to my case officer for the further progress of my application. And if it was not for this letter from the US Embassy I would have got my PR even quicker. Biwek Thapa you are a life saver.

If I had to rate the value for money for the service that I got from Opal Consulting I would rate it as 10 out of 10. I have recommended him to quite a few people already. Believe me, he is the man who walks his talk.

My experience with Opal Consulting has been the most amazing experience I have ever had since I was here in Sydney.

I saw Biwek Thapa when I came with my brother to his office.  I was studying Commercial cookery at that time.

I knew I had to do all the applications and stuffs but, my college friends suggested me to go the other consultancy somewhere around in the City.
