No, we cannot guarantee a visa.

What we guarantee you is our professional service and that we would present your application or case in the strongest and best possible way to maximise your chances for a successful outcome.

We stay up to date with all changes and regulations of the Migration Law and Visa System of Australia. We have an open and honest discussion about your application or case and its possible outcome.

Can you help me find work in Australia while I am studying?

We provide a pre-departure orientation to give you ideas on how to prepare an effective resume, and how and where to look for part-time or casual work. However, this does not guarantee them a job.

Students must also be aware that they are only allowed to work up to 20 hours per week during their school term. If they are found to be working more than 20 hours per week, the DIAC (Department of Immigration and Citizenship) will cancel their visa.

Once the students arrive in Australia they cannot start working until their course begins.

Can you organise an airport pickup and accommodation for me?

Yes. We organise airport pickups and accommodation through the college/university that you will attend, or our office in Australia.

Do you run IELTS classes?

Yes, we run IELTS classes in our office at Kathmandu. Our experienced IELTS teachers are experts in their field and have proven results.

Do you provide ongoing support while I am in Australia?

Yes, our office based in Sydney will provide you ongoing counselling and support for your career plans or visa issues.

I am not happy with my course or college. How can you help me?

We offer a FREE service to help you move to another educational institution.

If you are not happy with your course of study, we can help you go through the process of changing it.

I have completed my studies and I want to settle in Australia. How can you help me?

We simplify the process and assit you with lodging your application for Permanent or Temporary Residency.

Can you help me with skills assessment for migration purpose?

If you want to apply for permanent residency under General Skilled Migration (GSM) Programme, you must apply for skills assessment from a relevant assessing authority for your nominated occupation before you lodge your GSM application.

We can assist you with meeting guidelines for skills assessment.

Can you help me to extend my student visa?

Yes, we can assist you to lodge your student visa application in Australia. We can represent you at the Department of Immigration for any visa issues you may have.

I am an international student. Now, my employer wants to sponsor me. How can you help me?

Applying for a employer sponsored visa (subclass 457) can be a complicated and daunting process. We assist you by simplifying the process for you and your employer and lodging your application.

I have a problem with my visa. How can you help me?

Yes, we can represent you at the Department of Immigration and Citizenship(DIAC).

If your visa has already been cancelled or your application has been refused by the DIAC we can represent you at the Migration Riview Tribunal (MRT).

Note: There are certain criteria you have to meet to be able to lodge your application at the MRT.

I have completed a vocational course. Can you assist me with lodging my TRA assessment?

Yes, we can provide assistance with meeting guidelines for work and qualification assessments for the TRA.
